Jenn Tardy | CEO & Founder

“Hello, I’m Jenn. My pronouns are she/her/hers. When we meet each other, I get to ask two very interesting questions to you: Where’s the pain? and What must we start doing, stop doing, and continue doing to increase diversity and retention in our workplace?”

ABOUT JENN | Jenn Tardy has been on a mission to help employers and job seekers reach their goals since 2004, driven by a passion to see increasing diversity make sense and cents. As a Recruitment Thought Leader, she established Jennifer Tardy Consulting (a.k.a. Team JTC) to enable employers to find, attract, engage, and hire more applicants from historically underrepresented backgrounds. Through her #HiringSuccess programs, she has empowered many organizations to talk openly about underrepresentation, remove inequalities from their hiring processes, and foster more inclusive work cultures.

Emily Hart | OPERATIONS MANAGER

“Hello, everyone! I’m Emily. I’m the person that gets to meet you as soon as the contract is signed. My job is to make sure that we deliver exactly what we promised in the time that it was promised.”

ABOUT EMILY | Emily helps clients improve their hiring processes, identify other areas for improvement, and assists with implementation projects to help organizations put workplace diversity recruiting recommendations into practice. Emily has an extensive understanding of all aspects of recruitment, including attracting, evaluating, interviewing, and selecting new hires.

Brittany Crichlow | Learning & Product Lead

ABOUT BRITTANY | Brittany brings proven expertise in DEIB, learning and teaching, and intercultural relations, and plays an integral role in designing and maintaining Team JTC’s courses, as well as shaping learner experiences. Her work is an intersection of learning and development, instructional design, facilitation, and cultural competence, in addition to applying her expertise in DEIB.

Detrice Batten | Evaluation & Measurement Lead

A main question that is most important to me is this: Where are you underrepresented in your workplace?”

ABOUT DETRICE | Detrice’s work centers on data collection and analysis for JTC’s solution offering. As a highly accomplished IT and project management professional, Detrice specializes in business analysis, functional and digital transformations, data visualization, process development & improvement, and building capability.

Dee Milfort | Chief of Staff

ABOUT DEE | As a highly proficient administrator and customer service expert, Dee often serves as the initial point of contact for new clients. She also collaborates with Team JTC executives to oversee and implement strategic planning initiatives across the organization, compiles important business information for company leaders, and supports other team members in their work as required.

Umesh Bajagain | Writing Partner

ABOUT UMESH | Umesh is a full-time freelance writer, editor, proofreader, and publishing consultant with expertise in both traditional and self-publishing realms. Additionally, he secures agents and crafts compelling book proposals. Umesh is currently working as a preliminary editor for Jenn’s forthcoming book, focused on impactful hiring and retention strategies.
