Upon completing the QDR program, you will have the opportunity to earn a prestigious certification that sets you apart in the field of talent acquisition. The QDR Certification Exam validates your understanding and application of the concepts and strategies covered throughout the program. Successfully passing the exam demonstrates your commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in recruiting.
Instead of the certification*, you can choose to earn credits from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as part of your professional development.
*You must opt out of the Certification to receive continuing education credits for SHRM CP or HRCI.

The QDR program is fully online, offering a flexible, self-paced learning experience that fits your busy schedule. It features interactive and engaging content, including videos, presentations, and downloadable content, in 44 short, focused microlearning courses. It is available on demand, anytime, anywhere, with an internet connection.
The program is divided into milestones that cover every stage of the hiring cycle, from planning and sourcing to attracting, assessing, selecting, and retaining top-quality candidates. Each milestone provides actionable insights and practical tools to implement effective recruitment strategies.

The QDR Certification Exam is a 90-minute test with 70 multiple-choice questions. To pass, you must achieve a score of 80% or higher. The exam is an open book/platform, allowing you to reference course materials as needed. If you don't pass on your first attempt, you can retake the exam once at no extra cost. The certification is valid for 3 years.

We are thrilled that you already completed the QDR program. Your commitment to enhancing your skills and knowledge is commendable. We recommend waiting a few years to take the course again, as we are constantly reviewing and updating our content.

Believe us when we say that we get it. Once you enroll in QDR, you will have 60 days to complete the program. That is approximately 8.5 weeks.
However, when you do the math, that is less than two hours of learning time each week. In addition, we have set up reminders and loose due dates for each milestone to help you stay on track!

Within the QDR platform, we have set up a dedicated online community through discussion forums on each milestone. This way, you can connect with your fellow learners to not only bounce ideas and insights off of each other, but also to expand your professional network!
While enrolled, you will also benefit from having a dedicated QDR Engagement Coach. This individual will provide you with tailored advice, answer your questions, and offer strategic insights to help you maximize your takeaways.
