“How you show up in your own life AFFECTS how you land in your career AND how you land in your career IMPACTS the way you show up in life.” – Jennifer Tardy

– We have Job Search Experience. The job search is not lost on us. Having tested her own strategies, Jennifer Tardy, has been successful at climbing the ladder and moving into leadership roles fairly early in her career.
We take a Holistic Approach
Each of our experiences in life affects how we both perceive our self and creates a prism through which we view our own possibilities in career and life. If our perception and prism get fogged by negative life experiences, there can be a direct affect to what we believe we can achieve. If we perceive our ability to achieve to be low, our career reach will be low—which will ultimately affect our bottom line—our salary.
Being underserved and coming from a place of underrepresentation makes populations like women, veterans, people of color (e.g., Black, Asian, and Latino), people with disabilities, and the LGBTQ+ community vulnerable to these feelings, thoughts, and self-perceptions. Through #CareerSuccess coaching, our goal is to shift this negative perspective and clear the foggy prism through which our clients view themselves and their own ability to achieve and ultimately course correct their career path.

“If a Career Coach tells you that they have a one-size-fits-all approach to fix your job search challenges, RUN in the opposite direction! Effective and successful career coaching must start with how you perceive the world and tailored to YOUR experiences.” – Jennifer Tardy
We provide real, no-nonsense coaching tailored to the perspective of job seekers from underserved and underrepresented populations.
Most people believe that they can become a career coach simply because they’ve gotten a few great jobs for themselves, or because they’ve been a recruiter before. It may help to land a quick job, but both examples only lends itself to a very narrow perspective of what it takes to gain true #CareerSuccess which means setting oneself up on a career trajectory that is fulfilling, meaningful, and sustainable.
