It is hard to believe we are already in the month of June. Time is flying by! Team JTC has been up to some pretty exciting things.

April was a big month for us. We officially announced the winners of our first-ever inaugural Increase Diversity Awards. We recognized workplaces moving the needle to increase diversity and promote a culture of inclusion AND individuals from historically underrepresented backgrounds who bet on themselves daily while journeying to the top of their profession - both inside and outside of the workplace.

I also recently had the joy of collaborating with Audible.com to develop an Audible Original called The Essential Guide to the Perfect Interview. What I loved so much about creating this audiobook was that I got to build a bridge between job seekers and recruiters, two populations that Team JTC are passionate about supporting.

As if that is not enough for the month of April, to top it all off, I signed with McGraw-Hill to publish a book that will force us ALL to genuinely look within and all around to answer one very important question, "WHO IS QUALIFIED?".

Then in May, we had the pleasure of certifying another group of Qualified Diversity Recruiters. There are not enough words to express the joy that this brings to Team JTC. We love creating safe, inclusive learning spaces for people to come and learn how to effectively increase diversity.

Staying true to our tradition, for this week, I am doing a “best of” newsletter, where I’ll be sharing some of the most memorable quotes from our recently published articles. It gives a little taste of what I have been publishing lately.

Happy reading!
