Certification Criteria:
Earners of this badge must complete the Jennifer Tardy Consulting Qualified Diversity Recruiter Certification Program.
Earners of this badge must complete all seven milestones: (1) Foundation, (2) Plan, (3) Find, (4) Attract, (5) Assess, (6) Select, and (7) Retain. Earners also must complete the final pitstop: Building an Action Plan.
Earners of this badge must have scored an 80% or higher on the certification exam.*
IMPORTANT NOTE: Badges are only valid for 3 years from the date they are issued. The badge you see on this page is a generic format for marketing purposes. Each badge earner will have a specific badge with the years it is valid.
*If an earner chooses not to pursue the QDR certification, they will still receive a certificate of completion for the course and the opportunity to earn HRCI and SHRM credits.
