  2. Find out what success looks like at in your role, department, or organization.

  1. Ask your boss who he/she/they deems as a successful person within the company and why. Ask your boss who their boss deems as a successful person and why.

  2. Get to know the people mentioned and learn about their career path.

  3. Based on what you have learned, ask yourself do you want to do what it takes be successful according to how the rules are written for this company.
